So, my birthday is in a little over two weeks, and today I got to order my b-day present from my Mom. I'm so excited for it to get here. I know most people would say I should get something for myself, but I'm so in love with baby stuff that I just couldn't help it.
This being my 3rd child, you would think I'd have one of these by now, but I don't. I figured with all the stairs in our house it would be pretty useful. I plan on keeping it downstairs so I have somewhere for Lila to nap, and also a safe place to put her while I'm doing stuff. My kids are so excited and want to help so much with her, but they are really too young to pick her up, so this is an attempt to keep her from being carried around by a 3 year old.
I love the pink and brown. All our other stuff is gender-neutral, and I really wanted one thing that was girly. I think this fits the bill :)

It's cute. You will probably get more use out of it then if you choose something else for your b-day.
I'm with you on wanting things for the baby rather than yourself... when you get to be this far along shopping for yourself doesn't seem worth it! Very cute.
