Yea! We are so excited. This has been a long interview process and completely nerve wracking, but..Ryan is the newest employee of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. His specific title is job trainer. What he will do is have a group of 12 (i think) people that have all kinds of problems - disabled, drugs, etc - and he will be responsible for them to complete the work rehab program at Deseret Industries. There is more to it than that, but I'll leave that for Ryan to explain.
Thanks for all your prayers ( and crossed fingers). We are so thrilled. For those that don't know, Ryan's dad worked for the church for like 25 years (or something like that) and Ryan has really wanted a career with the church also. This will definitely be a great opportunity.
