Nap Time

Saturday afternoon we came home from Mom's house and Lila was exhausted. She had fallen asleep in the car and stayed asleep while B.J. carried her in. This NEVER happens. She usually wakes up as soon as we turn the car off. The two of them took a nap on the couch and it was adorable. Lila wasn't sure about B.J. for the first day or two, but by the end of the week they were best friends.

Is this sweet or what?

next time BJ comes, will you tell us? He never does...that just shows how much he loves his nieces and nephews though!!

weightloss tip: I would go in 2 week intervals. So I would just so, "OK, I'm going to be perfect for two weeks, that's it." And I would try and eat less calories than I was burning, and I would do a strength work out in the day and cardio at night. That seems like a lot, but it was fun, so it wasn't bad. Then, at the end of the two weeks I would have lost some weight and would feel great! So then I would usually take a week of only one workout a day and sloppier eating, then recommitt to two weeks of working really hard. 2 weeks always felt really fast and like an achievable goal, rather than saying, "I will now be perfect for THE REST OF MY LIFE."

and you must hide those 20 lbs somewhere very sneaky, beacsue I certainly couldn't notice it!! :)
